Weston:  I liked the Okla. doll presentation.  It was a lot of fun.  I liked how she presented the dolls.
Kelsey:  I like the presentation because it was interesting.  (The woman was a very good doll maker.)
Taylor:  I liked the stories about the dolls.  The dolls were so cool, they are great people to look up to.
Dallas:  I learned some interesting things.
Saundra:  I loved all the stories about all of them.

I thank you so much for allowing the Osage Tribal Museum to be home to the “ladies” for just over a week.  This is an exhibit that defines integrity, and gives the true meaning and value of talent that this world so truly needs.

Miami:

    "Library, Quapaw Tribe Bring Centennial Doll Exhibit to Miami"  

       "Bits of Oklahoma history have come alive in the Miami Public Library."    

 Miami Public Library Librarian:  We truly enjoyed having the Oklahoma Women in History visit our   library!  The replicas were gorgeous down to the last detail.  We received many positive comments from people who viewed the display.  Thanks for going to the extra effort to put this project in place for our library!

 A Comment from the artist:

After the last presentation on the first two days (the 12th program), the bell had already rung and I was packing the dolls.
    This very quiet little fellow came back and watched me for a minute.  He kind of tucked his head and said, "You're a good storyteller ....no....wait...I take that back....you're a GREAT storyteller."
    I couldn't help but hug him...I told him he had simply MADE my day!!
